GlenoraX is a math and science tutor app for school students (Grades 6 to 12), exam candidates (JEE, NEET, SAT/ACT and government exams), college students and working professionals. This page explains in plain words what we collect, why, who helps us run the app, and how you can delete everything.
GlenoraX is built and run by a student developer. A parent or guardian is the responsible adult and the contact person for this app. You can reach us at support@glenorax.com.
To create your account and log you in. Your password is handled by our login provider and is stored in protected form. We cannot see it.
The level you pick (for example Grade 9–10, JEE, Govt. Exams or Working Professional), so answers are explained at the right level.
The questions you type and the answers you get, saved so you can open your past chats.
If you attach a photo of a problem or diagram, it is sent only to get an answer. Photos are not saved in your chat history.
How many questions and pictures you asked for today, so we can apply a fair daily limit.
We do not use your chats to advertise to you and we do not sell your information.
To work, GlenoraX uses trusted service providers. Each one only gets what it needs for its job:
A service that handles your login and stores your account and chats.
An AI service that receives your question, and your photo if you attach one, and writes the answer.
A hosting service that runs our server and passes your request to the services above.
These providers have their own privacy policies. We do not share your information with anyone else, and never for advertising. If you would like to know which providers we use, email us and we will tell you.
Answers are written by an AI and can contain mistakes. Please double-check important work with your teacher, textbook or exam material. Please do not type personal details such as your phone number, home address or passwords into a chat.
GlenoraX is made mainly for students, so many users are under 18. Students under 18 should use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian. A parent or guardian can email us at support@glenorax.com at any time to ask what is stored about their child, to correct it, or to have the account deleted.
We keep your account and chats until you delete them.
Deleting is permanent and cannot be undone, because we do not keep a copy for restoring. Copies may remain in routine provider backups for a short time before they are overwritten.
We aim to handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with trusted providers. Passwords are never stored in readable form. No online service can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
