Delete your GlenoraX account

You can delete your account and everything in it at any time. Pick whichever way is easiest for you.

Option 1: In the app Fastest

Open the GlenoraX app and log in.
Tap the menu icon (☰) at the top left.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
Tap Delete account again to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Option 2: By email

Use this if you cannot open the app, or if a parent or guardian is asking for a child's account to be deleted.

Write to support@glenorax.com with the subject Delete my GlenoraX account.
Send it from the email you signed up with, or write that email address in the message so we can find the account.
We delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Email a deletion request

What gets deleted

Your account and login details (email and password).
All your chats and every message in them.
Your saved study level and usage counts.

This cannot be undone. We do not keep a copy for restoring, so deleted chats and accounts cannot be brought back. Copies may remain in routine provider backups for a short time before they are overwritten.
